Open House

Open House at Country Manor Acres on Sunday, September 8, 2013 from 4:30-8:30 PM.

April Jopling and her son, Country Music Artist Jeff Jopling, will be hosting an open house on their beautiful 50 Acre Estate, Country Manor Acres, in Townsend, TN on Sunday, September 8, 2013.  The Open House will be hosted in conjunction with the Blount County Wedding Professionals Association, with a brief showcase concert by the Jeff Jopling Band, followed by a drawing for valuable prizes at the end of the evening, with the grand prize worth $1000.

Country Manor Acres is a pristine property in Townsend, with all underground utilities, picturesque mountain views, fishing ponds, natural rock gardens, level hillsides, picnic areas, lodging at the Country Manor Inn and the Hay Loft Sky Cabin, and the Appalachian-style party barn.  All the features work together to make this an ideal property for filming movies and commercials, corporate team building experiences, destination lodging for corporate sales rewards, couples, families or reunion gatherings, and especially appropriate for weddings, receptions and special events.

Today is also an opportunity for the community to meet the professionals who are members of the newly formed Blount County Wedding Professional Association (BCWPA), most of whom will be in attendance to introduce their products and services.

An invitation is extended to newly engaged couples, corporations and associations, members of the Blount Partnership, and music venues, all who may be interested in experiencing an afternoon in the Smokies, touring the beautiful property and facilities, and meeting a host of professionals, enjoying the music entertainment, catered food and cake samples and beverages and all the activities, while contemplating how to best take advantage of the features and professionals presented here this day.

Price:   $5 per person.  Proceeds will be given to the newly-formed Blount County Wedding Professionals’ Association.

Activities:  There will be food and cake samples, entertainment, beverages, golf cart tours of the Country Manor Acres wedding and reception sites and lodging accommodations and other features of the property, activities, networking opportunities, time for one-on-one conversations with the vendors, special gift bags for the first 50 entries, and a concert by the Jeff Jopling Band at 7:00 pm, all leading up to the drawing at 8:15 pm.

Drawings:  There will be several significant prize drawings at night’s end, with the grand prize value of up to $1000 for a wedding package at Country Manor Acres Estate.   Second place drawing will be for one free event performance by the Jeff Jopling Band (see terms and conditions of both in following promotions).  There will be other prizes offered by other vendors which will be in attendance to display their wares.
